Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Auftragsabwicklung (Angebotserstellung, Bestellung, Auftragsbestätigung, Lieferterminüberwachung) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst
- Bearbeitung/ Erfassung von Aufträgen und Reklamationen sowie termingerechte Abwicklung
- Verwaltung und Administration von Lagerbestellungen in Abstimmung mit England
- Übernahme von Transportplanungen für Lagermaschinen
- Verwaltung von Maschinenpapieren z.B. Neumaschinenbescheinigungen, TÜV-Papieren, Zollbescheinigungen
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Hohes Organisationsgeschick und eine rasche Auffassungsgabe
- Problemlösungskompetenz und analytische Fähigkeiten
- MS Office Kenntnisse (insbes. Outlook, Excel und PowerPoint) sowie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM Tools
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
