Deine Aufgaben
- Zentrale Koordination administrativer und organisatorischer Themen im Key Account Management
- Unterstützung der Key Account Manager im Tagesgeschäft in enger Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen
- Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten inklusive eigenverantwortlicher Analyse und Verbesserung operativer / administrativer Prozesse
- Erstellung von Reportings, Auswertungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Pflege von Konditionsvereinbarungen, Rahmenverträgen und relevanten Systemdaten
- Unterstützung bei der Absatz- und Volumenplanung für definierte Key Accounts
- Teilnahme an Kundengesprächen und internen sowie externen Veranstaltungen
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Key Account Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Analytisches Verständnis und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Reportings, Auswertungen und Datenpflege
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
